Introducing the Flawk Shop: a new home for a family of objects

Partial to some shopping? Enjoy browsing for homeware? Love one-off objects designed to be playful additions to any home? Today’s your day: introducing the launch of a small but growing collection of objects created by our own studio, available on the new Flawk Shop.

Here at Flawk, we’ve always taken a hands-on approach to design. Our work transforming underloved spaces into new living spaces often leads our creative process into various disciplines, from casting and metalwork to tableware and glass. The shop is a space to share the results of this experimentation and refinement: objects that are as characterful as they are functional, rooted in our curiosity for materials, form and making.The first three products – Bob, Bobbie and Eddy – were all developed in-house by the Flawk team, each one an expression of our love for small, purposeful design.

Bob Door Numbers
Inspired by the wobbly movements of inflatable air dancers, the Bob numbers bring a sense of play to the threshold. Each one is hand-poured in aluminium, with a raw, organic finish that will weather beautifully over time. Bob is designed to be a kind of icebreaker, a joyful first impression for the home. Available in 0–9, and in two fixing options: adhesive or screw-mount.

Bobbie Butter Knife
Bobbie is a butter knife with personality and is perfect for mornings around the dining table. Crafted from brushed stainless steel, it features a beaded handle and teardrop-shaped blade designed for smooth spreading. Pair with toast, croissants, and jam.

Eddy Pull
The Eddy Pull was born from a personal fear of snails – and a determination to transform it. Designed by Flawk’s founder Ashley Law, this one-of-a-kind pull is made from hand-blown glass, twisted into a delicate spiral. Each Eddy is unique in shape and texture, and can be used on drawers, doors or cabinetry.

Our hope is that these pieces bring a little tactility, humour and personality into the spaces they inhabit. And this is just the beginning. We’ll be adding new designs – some from us, others from emerging makers in our community – over time.
